Orange, California Widow Recovers Over $100,000 in Equity After Lawyers Realty Group Fights Illegal JudgmentIRVINE, Calif., March 24, 2026 (PR.com) — Lawyers Realty Group aggressively intervened to secure more than $100,000 in equity for a widowed homeowner in Orange, California.

Mr. Lewis promptly served a formal legal threat letter demanding the immediate release of the judgment. When opposing counsel responded with hostility, Mr. Lewis escalated with threats of extended and aggressive litigation. The pressure ultimately resulted in the termination of the opposing attorney and direct cooperation from the judgment holder.
“We secured a full, unconditional release of the judgment,” continued Lewis. “Because the judgment was never in our client’s name and had legally dissolved upon her husband’s death, it could no longer encumber her home. This narrow but powerful legal distinction — which only an attorney would spot — restored more than $100,000 in equity that would otherwise have vanished.”
The widow has now completed the sale of her home with full proceeds in hand and peace of mind for her financial future.
