Orange, California Widow Recovers Over $100,000 in Equity After Lawyers Realty Group Fights Illegal Judgment

The pressure ultimately resulted in the termination of the opposing attorney and direct cooperation from the judgment holder.

“We secured a full, unconditional release of the judgment,” continued Lewis. “Because the judgment was never in our client’s name and had legally dissolved upon her husband’s death, it could no longer encumber her home.
